With over 25 years’ experience in residential property, Jackson+Rigg understands both the excitement of buying a home and the uncertainty that can come with it.

Clear advice matters. Our surveys are written to be practical and easy to understand, without unnecessary jargon, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible from instruction through to post-survey advice.

We provide Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys across Central, South and West London, with particular experience of period properties, converted buildings and homes that have been extended or altered.

Jackson+Rigg is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).

Nino Constantini

Director + Building Surveyor + RICS Registered Valuer

Nino has more than 25 years’ experience in residential property and specialises in surveying houses and flats across London.

As an AssocRICS surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he carries out Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and residential valuations, with particular experience of period and altered properties.

Nino personally carries out inspections, prepares the reports and remains available to clients afterwards to discuss the findings and answer any further questions.
